We are seeking an experienced, board-certified Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Arroyo Grande, California. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, a collaborative clinical environment, and four days of orientation and training to help ensure a smooth transition into the practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician seeking a predictable weekday schedule with the potential for an assignment extension.

• Monday–Friday

• Two schedule options available:

  • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Four days of orientation and training

• Start as soon as credentialed

• Six-month assignment with the option to extend

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.

• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and chronic disease management.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Athena EHR.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

• MD or DO degree.

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine.

• Prior clinical experience required; new graduates will not be considered.

• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.

• Athena EHR experience preferred.
