Medical Doctor (Korean), Part-Time Medical AI Training - Remote (United States)

Job description

• $125 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Under 20 hours a week, you choose when

Work on the cutting edge of healthcare AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the clinical judgment you already have.

The healthcare AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real physicians. The teams building them need medical doctors who can read a patient case or a piece of AI-written medical content, judge whether it is clinically sound, and explain clearly where it falls short. Your clinical judgment helps shape the next generation of medical AI. This is that work, done remotely around your current or recent clinical practice.

What you'll do
• Check AI-written medical answers for clinical accuracy, relevance and correct terminology
• Label clinical scenarios, patient cases and healthcare data so AI systems can learn from them
• Judge diagnostic reasoning and clinical workflows in model outputs and say what should change
• Turn complex clinical ideas into clear written guidance, working with data scientists and engineers

Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $125 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work on AI systems that support medical decision-making, judging their clinical answers and helping improve their accuracy
• Build practical experience applying clinical judgment to AI content review and clear model feedback
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute

Who this is for
• A medical doctor who has completed residency and has current or recent clinical practice, or a doctor in the final year of residency
• Korean at a high level of fluency (TOPIK Level 5 or equivalent when applicable) and English at C1 level or higher
• Strong command of general medicine, physiology, clinical protocols and diagnostic analysis
• Clear written and verbal communication, with careful analytical judgment and close attention to detail
• Internal medicine, family practice and emergency medicine are relevant backgrounds, as are related medical specialties
• Helpful: hands-on work with electronic health records, patient data, medical documentation, or turning clinical workflows into clear written guidance
• Patient-related information is handled with care for data security, privacy, accuracy and ethics
• No AI experience needed. You bring the clinical expertise; the work provides structured review tasks and feedback criteria.

Pay and details
• $125 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Under 20 hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, United States
