Job description

Primary Doctor- Family Medicine/Internal Medicine:
• Need to be BC/BE
• Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p
• Was not able to get the EMR but will provide training for it
• 15-18 patients per day
• Will cover travel and lodging
• 3-6 month assignment
• FM all ages; IM 18+
• Location: Cortez, Colorado
• Credentialing: 3 weeks- 2 months
