Internal Medicine Physician – Permanent Opportunity | Pueblo, Colorado

A healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established primary care team in Pueblo, Colorado.

Position Overview
The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services and work within a supportive care-team model alongside experienced medical assistants and healthcare professionals.
The position offers a balanced schedule with dedicated patient-facing hours and shared phone-only call coverage.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting
Work collaboratively within a team-based care model
Maintain approximately 36 patient-facing hours per week
Participate in shared phone-only call coverage
Build and manage a patient panel with strong clinical support
Deliver patient-centered care focused on improving long-term health outcomes

Schedule: Standard weekday schedule (typically Monday – Friday) Day shifts
Minimal weekend responsibilities with phone-only call coverage

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (must complete residency)
Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
DEA required
Clean malpractice history
Recent NPDB Self-Query report
