Job description

Join a mission-focused clinic in Bridgeport, CT, serving adult patients in an outpatient-only setting. This is a flexible locums role with long-term potential and no call, ideal for physicians who want meaningful work and weekday stability.

Support: RN, MA, behavioral health, community liaison, and interpretation software

EMR: EPIC (training provided)

Environment: Daily huddles, pre-scheduled charting time, low-stress pace

📅 Schedule
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Optional evening clinic Mondays until 7:30 PM

Part-time availability considered

⚕️ Scope of Work
Chronic care focus: Hypertension, diabetes, general IM

No procedures required to start (may be added later)

Volume builds up to 21 patients/day, with ramp-up time built in

100% adult population, no pediatrics

✅ Requirements
MD or DO

Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active CT license preferred

DEA and BLS required

EPIC experience ideal (online training available)

🚗 Travel Support
Mileage and lodging fully covered

Drive-in candidates preferred, but all strong applicants considered
