Job Title: Temporary Primary Care Physician Coverage
Location: New Haven County, Connecticut
Coverage Dates: June 2 – June 16 , 2026

Position Summary:
Our Clinic is seeking temporary physician coverage for a well-established primary care clinic serving a diverse adult patient population in New Haven County, Connecticut. The role includes weekday clinical responsibilities along with limited after-hours on-call coverage during weekends.

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Review labs, imaging, and clinical documentation within the EMR (eClinicalWorks)
- Ensure continuity of care and appropriate follow-up

After-Hours Coverage (Weekend Only):
- Provide remote on-call coverage during weekends within the coverage period
- Calls are infrequent, typically:
- 1–2 calls per week total
- 1–2 calls for the entire weekend
- All calls are handled remotely via phone
- No in-person visits or office travel required
- Compensation for after-hours coverage will be based on calls received

- Outpatient primary care clinic
- Adult patient population with diverse clinical needs
- Established workflows and administrative support

Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active Connecticut medical license
- DEA registration for EPCS
- Experience with outpatient primary care preferred
