The facility supports an Internal Medicine Residency Program and offers streamlined access to specialty services including Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers.

Job Details:

• Academic/Faculty Primary Care Physician position within an Internal Medicine Residency Program
• Per diem, weekdays only with no weekend or call requirements
• Coverage role for vacations and leaves of absence
• Faculty appointment available for qualified candidates
• Candidates with interest in resident teaching are strongly preferred
• Care for adult patients in a teaching-focused, multi-provider primary care setting
• Must hold an unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license or be eligible to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
