Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% outpatient Occupational Medicine position with a predictable Monday through Friday schedule - no weekends, no call
• Full-time position joining an established, high-performing Occupational Medicine team
• Manage Workers' Compensation and injury care services
• Conduct pre-employment and regulatory physicals
• Oversee drug-free workplace testing and compliance programs
• Provide OSHA and employer-based health services
• Coordinate physical therapy and workplace rehabilitation integration
• Utilize EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation and AI integration for efficient clinical workflows
• Optional academic involvement with faculty appointment available
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Preventive, Family, or Internal Medicine required
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License required (or eligible)
• Medical Review Officer certification preferred
• FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner and USCIS Civil Surgeon Designation preferred
• Access to professional development through the Provider Leadership Development Institute and Center for Education, Simulation and Innovation
