Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Primary Care Physician position serving patients from birth and up in a 100% office-based, outpatient setting
• Full-time, weekdays only schedule with the option to ask about a 4-day/10-hour workweek schedule
• Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians encouraged to apply
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License required (or eligible)
• Ambient AI integration to streamline clinical documentation and reduce administrative burden
• EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal available
• Dedicated nursing support and your own Medical Assistant provided
