Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Join a fully integrated outpatient primary care practice serving Connecticut communities
• 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care setting
• Full-time schedule with a 4-day/10-hour hybrid work week option available
• Infrequent phone call only, averaging 1:3 weeks
• Practice with Internal Medicine or Family Medicine focus
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Efficient operations with engaged teams and robust staffing, including nursing support and dedicated Medical Assistant
• EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
• Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers
• Continuous development opportunities through The Center for Education Simulation & Innovation (CESI) and Provider Leadership Development Institute
