Physician - Primary Care
Job Details:
- 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care practice in Windsor, Connecticut
- Full-time, weekdays only schedule with an option for a 4-day/10-hour workweek
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License required (or eligible)
- Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Efficient operations with engaged teams and robust staffing, including nursing support and dedicated Medical Assistant
- EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
