Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Full-time, office-based outpatient Primary Care position serving patients 18 and older
• Weekdays only schedule with a 4-day work week option available
• Minimal call burden averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
• Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
