Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care setting serving adult patients (18+)
• Full-time, weekdays only schedule with the option to ask about a 4-day work week
• Minimal call burden averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• H1B cap-exempt employer
• Utilizes Ambient AI technology to streamline clinical documentation and reduce administrative burden
• EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
• Easy access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Efficient operations with engaged teams and robust staffing including nursing and dedicated MA support
