Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care serving patients 18 and older
• Full-time position, weekdays only schedule with the possibility of a 4-day work week and hybrid options
• Phone call averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
• Optional moonlighting/per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
