Physician - Primary Care
Job Details:
- 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care serving patients 18 and older
- Full-time, weekday-only schedule with part-time and hybrid options available
- Minimal call requirements averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
- Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
- Ambient AI integration streamlines clinical documentation and reduces administrative burden, allowing physicians to focus on meaningful patient interactions
- Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Efficient operations with engaged teams and robust staffing including nursing support and your own Medical Assistant
- EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
- Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities available in hospital or urgent care settings
- Supportive mentorship and comprehensive orientation programs for all newly hired physicians
- Continuous professional development through The Center for Education, Simulation and Innovation (CESI) and a robust on-demand learning platform including CME, special courses, and learning series
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
