Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% office-based, outpatient primary care setting serving patients 18 and older
• Full-time, weekdays only schedule with an option to explore a 4-day work week
• Minimal call burden averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
• Utilizes EPIC with Dragon and Ambient AI integration to streamline clinical documentation and reduce administrative burden
• Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Efficient operations with engaged teams and robust staffing including nursing support and your own Medical Assistant
• HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal available
• Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
• Established mentorship and orientation programs specially designed for newly hired providers and providers new to practice
• Continuous development opportunities through The Center for Education Simulation and Innovation (CESI), Provider Leadership Development Institute, and a robust on-demand learning platform including CME, special courses, and learning series
• Must hold or be eligible for an unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• H1B cap-exempt organization and J-1 waiver eligible through 2028
• Guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment support, residency stipend, and relocation assistance available
