Physician - Primary Care
Job Details:
- Join an established and growing primary care practice with a special focus on women's health (ages 18+), providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
- 100% office-based, outpatient primary care setting
- Ask about a 4-day work week option
- Full-time, weekday schedule with optional teaching and faculty appointment
- Phone call averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
- Clinical documentation streamlined by Ambient AI and electronic scribe technology, reducing administrative burden and allowing physicians to focus on meaningful patient interactions
- Access to EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI and electronic scribe integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
- Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Efficient operations with engaged teams and robust staffing, including nursing support and your own Medical Assistant
- Supportive mentorship and comprehensive orientation programs for all newly hired physicians

- Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings

- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
- BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine required
