Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Join an established and growing primary care practice with a special focus on women's health (ages 18+), providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
• 100% office-based, outpatient primary care setting
• Ask about a 4-day work week option
• Full-time, weekday schedule with optional teaching and faculty appointment
• Phone call averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Clinical documentation streamlined by Ambient AI and electronic scribe technology, reducing administrative burden and allowing physicians to focus on meaningful patient interactions
• Access to EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI and electronic scribe integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
• Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Efficient operations with engaged teams and robust staffing, including nursing support and your own Medical Assistant
• Supportive mentorship and comprehensive orientation programs for all newly hired physicians
