Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Join a brand-new primary care practice in Groton, CT with the opportunity to help establish and grow a new site from the ground up
• Deliver high-quality, relationship-based care to adult patients (18+) in a modern and collaborative outpatient practice environment
• 100% office-based, outpatient primary care setting
• Full-time, weekdays only schedule with the option to ask about a 4-day work week or part-time and hybrid options
• Minimal call responsibilities averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
• Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician required
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
