Job description

• BC or BE
• Mon - Fri; Sat & Sun
• 8am-9pm; 8am-2pm
• 40 hours/wk (will consider PT providers)
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• 20-25 patients daily
• Patient ages 2 years and up
• Full support staff
• Bilingual Spanish Speaker preferred
