Healthcare Organization: A well-established, multi-specialty community health center offering comprehensive care. Current staff includes 1 Internal Medicine physician, 1 Pediatrician, 1 Ophthalmologist, 1 Podiatrist, 1 Licensed Clinical Social Worker, 1 APP, 1 Behavioral Health PA, and 2 Pharmacists.

Opportunity: Full-time Outpatient Primary Care Physician opportunity serving an adult-only patient population. Ideal for a provider seeking work-life balance in a collegial, mission-driven environment.

Details:

• Setting: 100% outpatient primary care

• Patient Age Range: 18+ (adult only)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

• EMR: eClinicalWorks

• Call: None (covered by answering service)

  • Optional phone-only call: $1,000/week for 7-day rotation

  • Duties include phone triage, directing to ER or advising, documentation in EMR

• Teaching Opportunities:

  • Precept Family Medicine residents and medical students for $500 per rotation

Compensation:

• Salary: $Sign up or sign in for contact information;$400,000 based on production (DOE)

• Longevity Bonus: $100,000 for up to 4 years of service
