📍 Practice Overview
This Little Village clinic serves a Spanish-speaking Medicare population. The ideal provider is fluent in Spanish and passionate about community-focused care.

Manage chronic conditions: HTN, CHF, diabetes, CAD

Work with MAs, NPs, RNs, and a scribe

No procedures or hospital coverage required

🗓 Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

3-month minimum with potential to extend

Weekends and holidays off

📌 Requirements

BC in IM or FM

IL license + DEA

Spanish fluency required

🚗 Travel Provided
Full travel package included — airfare, lodging, and rental car
