Primary care position open in September - Indianapolis FQHC

Job description

An FQHC in Indianapolis needs a family medicine or internal medicine boarded provider to come on board in September. It will be for an initial 3 month contract- with an option for both parties to extend.

Responsibilities include bread and butter primary care, seeing about 20-22 patients per day with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

FM/IM Physician Need
9/27 start
M-F, 8-5 PM
20-22 patients/day
Prefer BC, would look at BE
90 day assignment
Will have their own MA
