Position Highlights

Annual ED volume: 10,000–12,000 patients per year
Average daily census: 42–45 patients
Shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour days)
Approximately 10–12 shifts per month
Diverse, varied patient presentations
Strong relationships with regional specialty referral systems when needed

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
Active Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain
DEA registration
ACLS, BLS, and ATLS certifications preferred
Strong clinical decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
