### Permanent | Full-Time | Outpatient Primary Care

## 🩺 JOB OVERVIEW

An established outpatient family medicine practice is seeking a **Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician** to provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full age spectrum.

The physician will manage acute and chronic conditions while providing preventive care and performing common outpatient procedures.

### Clinical Responsibilities

* Chronic disease management
* Preventive and routine primary care
* Pediatric through geriatric care
* Dressing changes
* Suturing
* Skin biopsies
* Skin tag and mole removal
* Pap smears
* Joint injections and aspirations
* Basic laboratory services
* Patient education and care coordination

## 📅 SCHEDULE & CALL

* Monday–Friday
* 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or until all patients are seen
* **Call: 1:7**
* Phone call only

## 🎓 TEACHING OPPORTUNITY

Clinical teaching and supervision opportunities are available for physicians interested in working with Family Medicine residents.

## ✅ REQUIREMENTS

* **Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine – Required**
* Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency
* **Internal Medicine candidates are not accepted**
* Indiana medical license or willingness to obtain
* Active DEA or willingness to obtain
* BLS and ACLS or willingness to obtain
* COVID vaccination required
* Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report required
* Experience caring for **pediatric through geriatric patients – Required**
* Epic EMR experience highly preferred
* Clean professional history preferred
