🛑 THE "DEAL-BREAKERS" (Must Meet to Apply):

LICENSE: Active Kentucky License & KY DEA.

CERTIFICATION: Board Certified (FM or IM) + BLS.

DATES: Available for the full Dec 28 – Jan 4 block.

SKILLS: Comfortable as the sole provider on call.

📅 SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY:

Shift: 24-Hour Inpatient coverage (7a–7a).

Call: Unrestricted off-site call + County nursing home coverage.

Support: One Physician Assistant on-site.

🏥 CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT:

Facility: 25-bed Critical Access / Level IV Trauma.

Population: Adult & Geriatric focus; No OB.

Services: Full on-site Lab and Radiology.

• 📉 VOLUME: Low census (avg. 14); 50% Swing Beds.
