Join a clinic serving an older, bilingual patient population in Shreveport. Your team includes an NP, RN, MA, and scribe — allowing you to focus on care, not admin.

Conditions: Diabetes, CHF, CAD, HTN, cognitive decline

16–18 patients per day

No procedures required

🗓 Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

3-month commitment with extension available

Evenings and weekends completely off

📌 Requirements

Board Certified in IM or FM

Active Louisiana license & DEA

🚗 Travel Provided
