FP/IM Needed at a Community Health Center in Baltimore

Job description

-Willing to accept FP or IM
-Must be BC
-Must have 2-3 years experience
-Adults only
-Monday - Friday
-8 am - 5 pm
-6 month assignment
-20-24 patients per day
-Full support staff
-Licensed in Maryland
-Basic primary care duties: sick/well visits, annuals, medication management, disease management.
-EMR: Epic
