BC IM Physician Needed in Baltimore Metro

Job description

• Internal Medicine Physician
• Must be Board Certified
• 2 years experience required
• Precepting a resident staffed clinic AM and PM shifts are needed.
• 10-14 patients per half day session staffed with residents.
• Due to quick start date, candidate must be able to begin credentialing quickly with a 3-5 business day turnaround time for credentialing application.
• Practice is looking for a candidate who could do full-time coverage, with both the morning and afternoon sessions Monday-Thursday.
• Provide direct supervision and precept residents in the outpatient clinic for four (8) half-day sessions per week.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population in an ambulatory setting.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions through comprehensive evaluation, testing, and clinical assessment.
• Mentor, coach, and serve as a trusted advisor to Internal Medicine residents.
• Lead formal and informal resident evaluations and provide meaningful feedback to support growth.
• Preference given to prior precepting experience.
