Job Description – Internal Medicine Physician (Locums to Perm)

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a locums-to-permanent opportunity at a well-established FQHC outpatient clinic in Hermitage, Missouri. This is a Monday–Friday, daytime-only role with no call, offering an excellent work-life balance and long-term potential.

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, primarily adults, with an average daily census of 18–20 patients. You will work alongside experienced NP support staff in a collaborative outpatient setting. The clinic utilizes MediTech Expanse EMR and offers full orientation with all hours billable.

Position Highlights:
Outpatient Internal Medicine, FQHC setting
Full-time provider + floater option available
6-month locums contract with intent to convert to permanent
Day shifts only: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, no call
New graduates encouraged to apply

Requirements:
BC/BE in Internal Medicine
Active Missouri license (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 1 year experience preferred (new grads accepted)

• Outpatient Internal Medicine role at an FQHC — Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, no call, 18–20 patients/day
• Locums-to-Perm opportunity (6-month contract) with NP support; new grads welcome
