Salary: $190,000 - $240,000/yr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔️ Active New Jersey Medical License required
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
✔️ Experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and EHR systems
✔️ Excellent communication, bedside manner, and patient-centered care skills

✔️ Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
✔️ Provide comprehensive care to nursing home and long-term care residents
✔️ Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
✔️ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
✔️ Educate patients and families on disease prevention and wellness
✔️ Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
✔️ Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
