Physician - Family Medicine needed in Albuquerque, NM

Family or Internal Medicine

-Dates of Coverage: September, on-going while recruiting for a perm provider
-Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pnm. No late clinic, no call and no after-hours charting
-Call Coverage: No
-Reason for Coverage: Covering until we hire a full-time physician
-Clinic setting
-Leadership Position/Required to Teach: No

-Patient Population: Full-spectrum family medicine; babies to retirees. If Internal Medicine, they can see -18+ and the FNPs can see the pedi patients.
-% Outpatient vs Inpatient: 100% out-patient
-Average # of Patients Per Day: 8-14
-Trauma Level Designation: N/A
-Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, Perform comprehensive physical examinations, Develop individualized treatment plans, Promote wellness and preventive care, Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate, Order and interpret diagnostic testing, Participate in quality improvement initiatives
-EMR/Documentation: Elation
-Additional Notes: We work in a true value-based care model

CREDENTIALING:
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days


TRAVEL AND LOGISTICS:
Will reimburse for flight, lodging and car rental
