✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide high-quality care to geriatric and long-term care patients
✔️ Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute conditions
✔️ Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
✔️ Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
✔️ Active New York State Medical License
✔️ Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
✔️ Experience in geriatrics or nursing home care preferred
✔️ Compassionate, team-oriented, and strong communicator
