✔️ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔️ Active NY State Medical License
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

✔️ Provide direct care to geriatric nursing home residents
✔️ Manage chronic and acute conditions
✔️ Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

✔️ Participate in care planning and family consultations
