𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 7 days on / 7 days off

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Adult Inpatient
𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Acute Care Hospital
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Provide comprehensive overnight inpatient care; manage 5–10 patients per night; perform admissions from ED and direct referrals; conduct history and physicals; manage acute medical conditions including open ICU patients with intensivist support; coordinate discharge planning; participate in interdisciplinary rounds; document all encounters in EMR; collaborate with specialists and ancillary teams; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: Inpatient admissions; overnight hospitalist management; open ICU management with intensivist support
- EMR System: Paragon
- Support Staff: 24/7 intensivist consultant support; nursing staff; specialists; case managers; ancillary teams
- Days Per Month: 7-on/7-off rotation
- On-Call/Weekends: Every other weekend as part of 7-on/7-off schedule; No call

• 7-on / 7-off Nocturnist Schedule (7PM–7AM)
• Open ICU with 24/7 Intensivist Support
• New Graduates Accepted (BE within 1 year)
