Chinese/English Bilingual Internal Medicine Physician

Description:
We are seeking a Chinese/English Bilingual Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality medical services while effectively communicating with a diverse patient population. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required to support patient care needs.

About the Facility:
This opportunity is available across multiple outpatient clinical locations throughout New York, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Flushing, and Staten Island. Providers will work within established healthcare teams dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting positive health outcomes within the community.

Compensation:
$280,000 - $320,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:
‣ Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in accordance with established clinical standards.
‣ Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
‣ Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to adult patients.
‣ Maintain accurate, complete, and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
‣ Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment options.
‣ Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, specialists, and support staff.
‣ Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all applicable healthcare standards and policies.
‣ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote best clinical practices.

Qualifications:
‣ Active New York State medical license (MD/DO).
‣ Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine preferred.
‣ Strong outpatient clinical experience preferred.
‣ Fluent in both Chinese and English.
‣ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
‣ Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
‣ Work authorization status must be verified.
