About the clinician's workday

The Internal Medicine physician will provide outpatient primary care services to a long-term adult patient population on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during day shift hours. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations and managing acute and chronic medical conditions throughout each assigned shift. The clinician will work collaboratively with an on-site multidisciplinary support team that includes RN, LVN, MD, and behavioral health staff. Call coverage is negotiable and will be determined in coordination with facility leadership.
