I’m reaching out regarding an Associate Center Clinical Director opportunity that combines direct patient care, clinical leadership, provider mentoring, and team development, with a strong focus on caring for older adults.



Position Highlights

Supervise, train, mentor, and coach primary care providers.
Provide direct care for acute and chronic conditions in older adult patients.
Lead care teams and coordinate care for patients unable to visit the office.
Conduct weekly clinical huddles and care transformation meetings.
Support clinical quality, patient outcomes, and team engagement.
Participate in provider recruiting and interviewing.
Help drive clinical and operational excellence within the center.


Qualifications

MD or DO required.
Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty.
Active medical license in the state of employment.
Board Certification preferred.
Strong interest or experience in geriatric care.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to travel locally and nationally for training and recruiting.
