Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:
• Provide primary care services for patients from newborn to geriatric age groups
• Focus primarily on patients 18 years and above with occasional teenage patients
• See 17-20 patients per day in clinic setting
• Work Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm schedule
• Perform primary care procedures with potential circumcisions
• Utilize eClinicalworks EMR system
• Work with support team including 1 MA, receptionist, and clinic RN as needed
• Must be available for consistent coverage for 9-12 months
• Active Oregon state license required
• Board certification in Family Medicine highly preferred
• BLS certification highly preferred (can be obtained during credentialing)
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Self-Query NPDB report mandatory within 30 days of presentation
• No call or weekend requirements
• Full-time 1.0 FTE position

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
