• Must be BC
• Monday - Friday
• 9a-5p
• Open to PT or FT Schedules
• 90% adults 10% pediatrics
• Seeing 18-25 patients per day
• Support Staff: Full support staff (1:1 MA and will not be solo provider on site)
• EMR is ECW
• Must have active license & DEA
• Credentialing: 45-60 days
