TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Greenville, South Carolina. This outpatient position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centered care within a community-focused health center.

Patient Population: Community patients seeking primary care and a medical home
Practice Locations: Multiple locations in the Greenville area; specific location determined during interview and offer process

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the scope of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Apply extensive diagnostic and treatment knowledge to patient care
Provide preventive and public health services
Communicate effectively with patients and clinical team members
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Supervise the clinical duties of professional and non-professional staff as needed

Practice Environment
Federally Qualified Health Center serving community patients
Medical, dental, and behavioral health services are offered within the organization
Collaborative, patient-centered care environment
Dedicated administrative time included
Clinical leadership structure includes the Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Medical Officer

Qualifications & Requirements
MD or DO from a four-year accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board certification must be maintained throughout employment
Board-eligible physicians must obtain board certification within one year of initial hire
Active South Carolina medical license
BLS/CPR certification
Strong diagnostic and treatment knowledge
Knowledge of clinical administrative practices, public health, and preventive care
Excellent communication skills
Warmth and compassion
Ability to supervise professional and non-professional clinical staff
