Location: Livingston, Tennessee – A growing, family-friendly community nestled between Nashville and Knoxville, with convenient access to Cookeville. Known for its charming downtown, scenic surroundings, and proximity to Dale Hollow Lake, Livingston offers year-round outdoor recreation and a welcoming, small-town atmosphere.

Healthcare Organization: A 114-bed, full-service hospital providing a comprehensive continuum of care, including 24-hour emergency services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, a Level II-A neonatal nursery, and a 16-bed gero-psych unit.

Opportunity: Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician position joining an established, busy practice with a strong patient base and collaborative team environment.

Details:

• 100% outpatient practice
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts per week (must include Mondays and Fridays; 5 eight-hour shifts optional)
• Call: Limited to your own patient panel; after-hours typically handled via home health
• No obstetrics required
• Average patient volume: 24–28 patients per day once ramped
• Support staff: MA or LPN
• Team includes 3 physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, and 1 pulmonologist
• Established hospitalist program manages inpatient care
• On-site services include lab, X-ray, ultrasound, and bone density

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Tennessee medical license and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation:

• Base salary: $Sign up or sign in for contact information; $280,000 (DOE) + quarterly wRVU production incentives
