Position Overview

We are seeking a **Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician** to join a full-time academic faculty practice in **Dallas, Texas**. This position combines outpatient Internal Medicine with resident teaching, mentorship, and leadership in health equity and value-based care.

Position Details

* **Practice Setting:** Outpatient Academic Clinic
* **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, Day Shift
* **Weekend Requirements:** None
* **On-Call:** None

Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care.
* Serve as core faculty for an Internal Medicine residency program.
* Supervise and mentor Internal Medicine residents.
* Participate in resident education, lectures, case conferences, and curriculum development.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes through value-based care and population health initiatives.
* Participate in quality improvement and health equity programs.

Qualifications

* Completion of an ACGME-approved Internal Medicine Residency.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
* Active Texas Medical License or ability to obtain.
* Interest in academic medicine, resident education, and value-based care.
* Experience in medical education, population health, or health equity is preferred.
* Must not require visa sponsorship.
