Job description

Start: Flexible
Length: Permanent, full-time (120 hours per month)
Coverage: Emergency department, rural critical access hospital
Schedule: Flexible scheduling with 24- or 48-hour minimum shifts; shift options 13:00–1:00 and 1:00–13:00
Volume: About 16 patients per day
Practice Setting: 25-bed critical access hospital with 4 ED beds
Compensation: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

• Emergency evaluation, treatment, and disposition of ED patients
• Strong APP support
• Physician-owned and physician-led organization with a 90% physician retention rate

Requirements
• Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine physicians
• Texas license (or eligible)
• Interest in rural and community-based medicine
