Locum Primary Care Physician | Community Health Center | Richmond, VA | Mon–Fri, No Call, Full Time

Job description

Start: November 2, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 16 weeks
Coverage: Outpatient primary care, community health center
Schedule: Full time, Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00; possible extended hours until 19:00 on Monday and Tuesday
Call: No call
Volume: About 25 patients per day
Practice Setting: Community health center with 3 locations in Richmond, VA (assignment may vary)
Patient Population: Families, all ages

• Comprehensive primary care: preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, prescribing, and referrals
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, culturally competent care
• Encounters closed by 8:30 AM the following morning
• No OB experience required

Requirements
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active Virginia license and DEA required
• ECFMG certificate if foreign trained
