Job description

Position Overview
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
o Providers must be available to start within 2–3 weeks
o Exception may be made for providers with prior Sea Mar experience
• Contract Length: 3 months, with possibility to extend
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
o 8 hour workday with 1 hour unpaid lunch
• Coverage Need: Full time (40 hours/week)

Clinical & Practice Details
• Patient Volume:
o Scheduled for up to 21 patients per day
o Volume may vary due to cancellations
o Providers should be comfortable in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Patient Population: Adults 18+
• Practice Setting: Community Health Center
o Outpatient ambulatory care
o Family medicine
o Walk in/acute care services
o Chronic disease management
o Same day walk in patients may be seen
• EMR: Epic
