Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Physician for a Home Health Float Pool role based in the Seattle, WA region, with coverage extending across surrounding areas as needed. This role focuses on conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.

This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking flexible, low-acuity work without prescribing or treatment responsibilities.

Schedule
Flexible scheduling: Monday – Sunday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
No nights or weekends required
Responsibilities
Complete 6–9 in-home patient evaluations per day
Review medical history and medications
Perform physical assessments
Document findings using pre-populated, patient-specific forms
No prescribing, lab orders, or treatment modifications
Practice Setting
Home Health (field-based)
Coverage Area
Seattle and surrounding regions, with potential to support broader Washington float coverage as needed
Travel & Logistics
Travel accommodations available (airfare, hotel, rental car – based on eligibility)
$40/day gas stipend

Requirements
Board Certified Physician (MD/DO)
Active Washington license required
Master’s degree required
