Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Transplant Hepatology

Job Details:
• Provide transplant nephrology coverage one week per month on a Monday 8 am to Monday 8 am schedule
• Handle approximately 6 patient encounters per shift
• Consult on post-kidney transplant patients during in-patient call coverage
• Write dialysis orders and manage kidney-specific patient needs
• Provide nephrology consultation for liver patients requiring specialized input
• Respond to phone calls from physicians, emergency departments, and outside hospitals for immunosuppression management advice
• Clinic coverage required if candidate is a transplant nephrologist
• Must be a nephrologist with either transplant nephrology training or experience caring for kidney transplant patients
• Board certification required with fellowship training preferred
• Must be licensed in Washington state
• Credentialing timeframe 30-60 days
• Start date: ASAP with ongoing coverage needs

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
