Start Date: 11/30/2026 or As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 17 weeks
Schedule: 5 Nights, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Job Details: Mix of acute established patients, regular established follow ups and hospital follow ups
Active Ohio License NOT Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
