Cardiac Rehab Coordinator NP needed in Texas

•Start Date: 08/03/2026
•Contract Length: 18 weeks
•Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. 1 Hour break. 4:30 see last patient
Highest volume of patients will be M-W-Th (~16 patients/day) and new patient intakes on Tu & Fr (~2 to 4).
•Outpatient Rehab Clinic
•No hospital bedside care or procedures. No cath lab
•NP Cardiac Rehab Background. Experience in an outpatient setting
•EMR: Scottcare Versacare Software
