Start: ASAP
Contract: Approximately 2 months, with the potential to extend for additional call coverage

Schedule
Scheduled clinical hours plus call
Daytime inpatient coverage
Beeper call with a 30-minute response time
Call is for unassigned patients
Possible STEMI coverage
No admissions
Practice Details
Hospital-based inpatient Interventional Cardiology
Inpatient consults and rounding on unassigned patients
Support from 1 PA/NP
EMR: Cerner
Clinical Responsibilities
Inpatient Interventional Cardiology coverage
Daily hospital rounds
STEMI coverage as needed
Scheduled clinical care with shared call responsibilities
Requirements
Board Certified (Board Eligible candidates may be considered)
Active Alabama license or IMLC eligibility
Fellowship preferred
BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and ABLS required
Interventional Cardiology experience required
Assignment Highlights
